What our clients say
Sarah Mitchell
Bodensee Construction built our rear kitchen extension and the whole experience was far less stressful than we expected. The team were always on time, respectful of our home and incredibly tidy for such a major project. Communication was excellent and we always knew what was happening next. Most importantly, the finished space is exactly what we wanted — bright, practical and beautifully finished.
James Whitmor
We chose Bodensee Construction for a full refurbishment of our house and couldn’t be happier with the result. From the beginning, the team were straightforward, reliable and easy to deal with. They kept us informed throughout the project, dealt with unexpected issues without any drama, and the quality of the finish is excellent. The house feels completely transformed. We would happily use them again.
Daniel Harrington
We had our loft converted to create an additional bedroom and bathroom, and Bodensee Construction did a fantastic job. They gave us sensible advice from the start and paid attention to the small details that make a real difference. The work was completed to a very high standard and everything feels solid and properly built. I’ve already recommended the team to two friends.
Emily Carter
We were living in the house while most of the work was being done, which I was honestly a bit worried about at first. The Bodensee team made it much easier than we expected. They were friendly, tidy and always let us know what was happening. There were a couple of changes along the way, but everything was discussed with us first. We’re really pleased with how the house turned out.
Oliver Bennett
We used Bodensee for a renovation of our Victorian terrace in West London. It was an older property, so inevitably a few surprises came up once the work started. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just cover things up and move on — they explained the problem, gave us the options and let us decide. The end result looks great and, more importantly, feels like it’s been done properly.
Rachel Thompson
Our kitchen and ground floor had needed updating for years and we kept putting it off because we expected the whole thing to be a nightmare. Thankfully, it wasn’t. The guys were easy to have around, turned up when they said they would and kept the mess under control. We now have a completely different space and actually enjoy having people over again. Thanks to the whole Bodensee team.
